First Appointment

What to bring to your appointment

  1. Referral letter from your GP (a valid referral is NOT essential, but will enable you to receive a Medicare rebate for a consultation and/or medical procedure).
  2. Your medicare card and pensioner card or health care card (if you have one).
  3. Copies of any tests or investigations you have had done, previously.
  4. An up-to-date list of your medications and any creams that you have previously been prescribed for a skin condition.
