  • AM Routine:
  1. Apply a small amount of the cleanser to a slightly wet face.
  2. Gently massage for 2 minutes, avoiding the eye area.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  4. Follow with a suitable moisturizer and sunscreen.
  • PM Routine:
  1. Repeat the cleansing process as in the morning.
  2. After cleansing, apply any prescribed treatments or serums.
  3. Finish with a suitable night moisturizer.
