AM and PM Routine:

  1. Soak a cotton pad with Effaclar Micellar Water.
  2. Gently wipe over the face, eyes, and lips to remove makeup and impurities.
  3. Repeat until the cotton pad comes away clean.
  4. No need to rinse; follow with your regular skincare routine.
