Evening Routine:

1. In the evening, after cleansing and toning, apply a pea-sized amount of Retinol 0.5 to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area.

3. Limit initial use to once or twice a week, gradually increasing frequency as tolerated.
4. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day, as retinol can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight.
